From 28 January 2022 only persons over the age of 18 age allowed to visit the museum

In order to be admitted, visitors must present one of the documents envisaged by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation №1053н of 12 November 2021 (see this page of the website for details).

From 28 January to 13 February 2022, the Hermitage will not be offering tickets for persons under the age of 18 either in the ticket offices or through the website.

Anyone who has purchased entry tickets or guided tour tickets through the website for persons under the age of 18 to visit the museum in the period from 28 January to 13 February 2022 can submit a request for a refund using the functions of the website no later than the date of the planned visit, from 28 January to 13 February 2022 inclusive.

Tickets obtained in the ticket offices or from ticket machines can be returned to a ticket office of the same museum facility where they were purchased in the period from 28 January to 13 February 2022 inclusive. Those seeking a refund should be ready to present the whole, undamaged ticket, their passport, (if applicable) the bank card used to buy the ticket(s) and the receipt (if available).

Guided tours forming part of subscriptions for children will be rescheduled for a later date, keeping to the same day of the week and time of day. The holders of such subscriptions will be informed about this separately. In the event of the rescheduled visit being unsuitable, the subscription can be returned for a full or partial refund.
