XIX Traditional Charity Gala Banquet in the Winter Palace

Published 17 March 2025

On JUNE 27, 2025 (Friday), the State Hermitage Museum will host the 19th traditional charity gala banquet in the Winter Palace. Guests of the evening will be invited to plunge into the lavish atmosphere of magnificent palace celebration: the program takes place in the Hanging Garden of Catherine the Great and the state rooms of the Winter Palace, and the gala dinner will be served in the Jordan Gallery. Our guests will be the first to see the new exhibition "To your places! Single Combat and Duels from Achilles to Serge Lifar". They will also visit the Manege of the Small Hermitage to enjoy the "Packaged Dreams" show dedicated to the art and aesthetics of Art Deco. The music program of the Gala will echo the exhibition topics. The evening will end with the cocktail in the Shuvalovsky Passage to the elusive jazz music in the deceptive light of St. Petersburg's White Nights.

The Hermitage invites its Friends – sponsors and patrons to join the Gala. Private collectors are especially welcome, as the funds raised through the Gala will go to the State Hermitage Endowment. The income from this special-purpose capital is forwarded to expand the museum’s collection. The Hermitage Endowment has repeatedly helped the museum with the acquisition of new exhibits and art collections.
